How many feeds?

This free weekly food plan is just what you need to start the week. It provides five meals that will feed 4-6 (depending on whether you are feeding adults or children) and includes a shopping list! With new fresh ideas and easy recipes to make, having a weekly menu plan will be a life -saving.

Why should I plan meals?

Meal planning does not only concern what is for dinner: it is about making life smoother and more pleasant. That’s why it works for me:

  • Less stress: Knowing what’s in the menu, bring the conjectures from meals, so you can relax and focus on what matters.
  • More variety: Plan in advance allows you to mix things and try new recipes without falling into the same roadway.
  • Family time: When dinner is happening, there is more time to sit together and have fun.

Try it: it could become your new favorite habit!

Side dishes for dinner

Storing the leftovers for the planning of meals

Only the meal plan from Monday to Friday because sometimes we have flat during the weekend, or I have the leftovers that we can have to finish the week! If you have leftovers, be sure to keep them correctly in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
