Why should I plan meals?
Meal planning isn’t just about what’s for dinner. It’s about making life smoother and more enjoyable. Here’s why it works for me:
Less stress:Knowing what’s on the menu takes the guesswork out of mealtime, so you can relax and focus on what’s important.
More variety:Planning ahead allows you to mix things up and try new recipes without falling into the same dinner rut.
Family time:Once dinner is prepared, there is more time to sit together and enjoy it.
Try it, it could become your new favorite habit!

Save leftovers for meal planning
I only meal plan Monday through Friday because sometimes we have plans on the weekend or I have leftovers we can have to finish the week! If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
