Because I stick to the weekly meal plan

Meal planning keeps me sane. When life gets busy, making dinner is one less thing to worry about. Here are some other reasons why I keep doing it!

  • Save money: Groceries are not cheap. If you plan ahead, that means fewer impulse purchases and less food waste.
  • Save time: No more looking into the fridge at 5pm or “what’s for dinner?” panic.
  • Eat better: If I have a meal plan, I’m much less likely to get takeout out of desperation.

Each weekly meal plan also includes a printable for free shopping list already measured and organized. So instead of stressing out, you can simply print it out, grab what you need, and enjoy how much simpler and tidier your life will seem!

Save leftovers for meal planning

I only plan dinners Monday through Friday. Weekends are our time to relax, be spontaneous, or treat ourselves to something fun. If you have leftovers from the week, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy a night without cooking when you need them most.
