What’s for dinner?

My food plan makes these meals are a total turning point! They are super fast, so you can really enjoy dinner without stress. Also, they are full of flavor! You don’t even have to worry about the imaginative sides: just throw some roasted vegetables, a quick salad or a little hot bread, and you are fine.

How many feeds?

This free weekly menu plan is just what you need to start the week. It provides five meals that will feed 4-6 (depending on whether you are feeding adults or children) and includes a shopping list! With new fresh ideas and easy recipes to make, having a weekly menu plan will be a life -saving.

Why should I plan meals?

  • Save money: Planning in advance does not mean more purchases of unnecessary impulses or takeaway. You will only take what you need and your wallet will thank you!
  • Less waste: When you plan your menu, use what you have before it should be wasted, by bye, sad vegetables thrilled in the fridge!
  • Healthier choices: Meal planning helps you to stick to healthier meals instead of grabbing everything that is easy and elaborate.

Storing the leftovers for the planning of meals

Only the meal plan from Monday to Friday because sometimes we have piano during the weekend, or I have the leftovers that we can have to finish the week! If you have leftovers, be sure to keep them correctly in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
