How many feeds?

This free weekly food plan is just what you need to start the week. It provides five meals that will feed 4-6 (depending on whether you are feeding adults or children) and includes a shopping list! With new fresh ideas and easy recipes to make, having a weekly menu plan will be a life -saving.

Why also worry about meals planning?

  • Less last minute scrambleing: No more panic at 17:00: only a calm and confident “I Got This”.
  • Less decisions: Eliminate conjectures from dinner and save your mental energy for everything else.
  • Intelligent shopping: You will buy what you actually need and you will waste less food (and money).
  • Funny meals: With an ongoing plan, dinner seems less hasty and more quality time.
  • Healthier choices: Planning in advance makes it easier to work in balanced and nutritious meals.

Side dishes for dinner

My weekly menu plans always include a printable shopping list that is measured and ready. Makes things so easy!

Storing the leftovers for the planning of meals

Only the meal plan from Monday to Friday because sometimes we have plans during the weekend or I have the leftovers that we can have to finish the week! If you have leftovers, be sure to keep them correctly in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
