How many feeds?
This free weekly food plan is exactly what you need to make your week a little easier! These five recipes will raise 4-6 people (depending on your crew), it also includes a shopping list to simplify things.
Why should I plan meals?
If you have not tried to plan your meals in advance, this will be a turning point for you! That’s why I swear for meals planning:
- Time Saver: Nothing more at 16:00 panic for dinner. With a menu plan, you know exactly what’s in the menu, what you need and how long it takes to cook.
- Money Saver: Meal planning works miracles for your wallet. When you organize your shopping list for the week, you easily identify the opportunities to buy the leftovers for future meals in bulk and creatively reformulate. It is an intelligent approach that keeps more money in your pocket.
- Bye-Bye Takeout: When dinners are scheduled in advance and shopping, it is less likely that you hit the drive-thru. Because you are cooking at home, this means more savings and a healthier diet. Win-Win!
My weekly meals plans always include a printable shopping list that is measured and ready. Makes things so easy!
