Why is meals planning useful?
Ok, I didn’t think me meals was my thing Until I finally tried … and Wow. I had no idea how much he would make me feel more calm. As:
- No more panic for dinner: In reality I know what’s for dinner, so the 17 are much less chaotic.
- Children can help: Since I have a plan, they know what to do and can jump.
- I’m saving money: I’m not buying random things or run to the shop five times a week.
- I feel more intentional: I am teaching my children and I create more peace at home, not just surviving the evenings.
It is such a small change, but he made a big difference. I just had to share this weekly intuition of the food plan in case I be in the same boat.
These weekly meals plans are designed to be fast, easy and convenient for families. Each recipe is made to simplify your weekdays, giving you more time with your loved ones!

Storing the leftovers for the planning of meals
Usually I’m just planning only from Monday to Friday. The weekends are a kind of joker with plans or leftovers to finish the week. And if you have leftovers, be sure to keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator so that they remain fresh!
