Meal planning has become my new favorite thing! I’m naturally not super organised, but having a weekly meal plan, shopping list and dinners included, yes It made life so much easier. And this week’s simple and delicious meals make it even better.

Save leftovers for meal planning

I only meal plan Monday through Friday because sometimes we have plans on the weekend or I have leftovers we can have to finish the week! If you have leftovers, be sure to store them properly in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
